● NO HASSLE, NO QUESTIONS, NO REASON.
● Do you have a question or a problem with your order? Send us an email and we will be happy to solve it for you within 24-48 hours.
● Our return policy is clear: no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days and we will refund your order amount within 3 working days.
● The buyer is responsible for loss/damage of the return shipment during transport.
● No refund possible if the returned product is damaged during shipping. Make sure the product is securely packaged and that we can track your return shipment online.
● You are only responsible for the costs of the return shipment, and as an international customer for the costs of any import duties or taxes.
